Recently, we decided to join the action of planting trees, and this weekend we visited the Carpathian forests and planted more than one thousand small trees - Larch, Spruce, Oak, and Ash. The trees were taken from a local nursery. This is an annual event organized by the local forestry for more than 20 years in a row and anyone can join it. The event was attended by about 40 people and it took place throughout the day. The height of some planting sites was about 700 meters above sea level. We continue to plan to take part in such events to compensate for the damage that is, unfortunately, an integral part of our production.
Trees not only inspire us with their beauty but also have many useful qualities, make life better. They process carbon dioxide, regulate water flow, and also protect from wind.
