All our chandeliers are designed and produced in Portugal, in the north of the country, in the city of Braga.
Each piece is made to order. The average production time is approximately 10 business days, depending on the complexity and model of the chandelier. In some cases, more complex or customized designs may require additional time, which will be communicated individually.
We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers, mainly FedEx and in some cases UPS, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
We no longer use postal services.

In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will cooperate fully with the carrier to resolve the issue according to their insurance and investigation procedures.
