During a recent trip to Munich, I had the incredible opportunity to visit one of our clients and capture photos and videos of our stunning industrial wooden chandeliers. Located in a modern building in Munich, these two striking chandeliers span an impressive 10 meters in length, gracing the staircase with their elegance and unique design. It was exciting to see our creations light up the space, taking center stage in a building that beautifully reflects contemporary architectural style.
The Charm of Munich
Munich is a city that masterfully blends old-world charm with cutting-edge modernity. Known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and thriving arts scene, the city is a perfect backdrop for both traditional and avant-garde design. Walking through Munich’s streets, you’ll encounter everything from historical landmarks like the Nymphenburg Palace to sleek, modern structures, showcasing a city that embraces both its past and its future. It’s no wonder that our Scandinavian-inspired chandeliers found a home in such an innovative city.
The chandeliers’ length and placement within the staircase make them the first thing visitors notice upon entering the building. Their warm, natural wood contrasts beautifully with the modern black and white design of the staircase, adding both depth and sophistication. By day, the chandeliers draw in natural light, casting soft shadows on the walls, while at night, the warm glow of their energy-efficient bulbs creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
These chandeliers embody the principles of Scandinavian design, combining simplicity, functionality, and natural materials. Each ash wood beam is meticulously handcrafted to highlight the wood’s natural grain, creating a unique light fixture that feels both organic and modern. The result is a bold yet refined addition to the space, perfectly aligned with the client’s desire for a standout feature.

For anyone visiting Munich, we hope you get the chance to see these chandeliers in person, and experience firsthand how a handcrafted piece of art can transform a space.
