As all products are made to order, production typically takes approximately 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and level of customization.

Shipping is carried out using international courier services such as FedEx and UPS.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom-made nature of our products.

Therefore, all custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
